BRING OR MAIL REGISTRATION FORM AND FEE TO:

Form and registration fee may be dropped off at the Calera Baptist Office anytime between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., Monday through Thursday or between 8:00 a.m. and 12:00 noon, Friday.

REGISTRATION INFORMATION:
The early registration cost per child for basketball is $60; after October 17, the cost is $65.
Deadline for registration is November 7.
Basketball shorts are included in the registration cost.
Register early.
Make checks payable to Calera Baptist.
Scholarships are available.
EVALUATIONS AND SIGN-UPS:
Everyone must attend one basketball evaluation.
They will take place at the Calera Baptist Church Gym as follows:
1st and 2nd Grade Boys/Girls
Monday, October 20,
between 6:00 p.m. and 8:30 p.m.
3rd and 4th Grade Boys/Girls
Tuesday, October 21,
between 6:00 p.m. and 8:30 p.m.
5th and 6th Grade Boys/Girls
Thursday, October 23,
between 6:00 p.m. and 8:30 p.m.
LEAGUE SCHEDULE:
Practice begin the week of Monday, November 17, 2008.
First Game - Saturday, January 10, 2009
Awards Celebration - Saturday, February 28, 2009
