Day 11 - Read Genesis 19

The two men went to Sodom and stayed with Lot. The men told Lot he and his family must leave Sodom. When Lot arrived at Zoar, God rained sulfur and fire upon the cities of Sodom and Gomorrah and destroyed them. Lot and his family were told not to look back to Sodom, but his wife looked back and was turned into a pillar of salt. Lot lived in a cave in the hills with his daughters. His daughters sought to continue the bloodline of their father, but there were no men for them to marry. They convinced him to drink wine until he was drunk, and they slept with him without his knowledge. The older daughter bore a son named Moab (Moabites) and the younger daughter bore a son named Ben-ammi (Ammonites).
